Job Details

For one of our clients, a family office based in Geneva, we are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist at 50%:

Your mission:

• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Welcoming and providing information to the visitors
• Taking and forwarding messages
• Booking of restaurants/meetings rooms/etc…
• Organizing travels and itineraries
• Issue various correspondences, filling and archiving it properly
• Able to make things happen and take on responsibilities

Your profile:

• 5 years of experience minimum as a Receptionist in luxury environments (hotels, spa, etc...)
• Excellent presentation (picture mandatory)
• Advanced verbal and written knowledge of French and English. Other languages a plus
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Mature and confident attitude
• Capable of multitasking even under pressure
• Reliability and discretion a must
