For our high-end business events – including the Commodities Innovation Awards and Golf Networking Events – we are seeking a freelance Director of Event Hospitality & Guest Experience. Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement a seamless, high-touch hospitality experience
• Lead and supervise guest relations teams (hosts, badge staff, VIP coordinators)
• Be the key contact for VIPs, speakers and partners
• Oversee flow, ambiance, comfort and guest circulation during the event
• Manage unexpected situations gracefully and discreetly
• Liaise with venues and providers on all guest-related matters

Ideal profile:

• Proven experience in high-end hospitality, protocol or luxury events
• Impeccable presentation and emotional intelligence
• Fluent in French and English (other languages are a plus)
• Natural poise, autonomy, attention to detail
• Available to travel and flexible regarding evening/weekend schedules

Collaboration Format:
Freelance – Project-based assignments with key periods in spring and autumn.
Attractive compensation depending on experience and event scope.
