Ampersand World’s Referral Incentive Terms & Conditions

In participating in the Refer a Friend program
you duly accept these conditions.
You are the « Referrer » and your friend is the « Referee »

1. The Referee has to be someone Ampersand World does not already have registered, been in contact with or know of either presently or in the past.

2. The Referee must be placed in a role within 12 months of the date of the referral in order for the Referrer to be eligible for the voucher.

3. The Referrer can claim the voucher once the Referee has reached his/her 3 months mark in a fixed term contract position and Ampersand World has been successfully paid for the placement.

4. For any fixed-term contract position of less than 12 months, or not in full-time, the referral reward will be calculated on a pro rata basis.

5. For each Referee submittal the online form must be duly completed. Any other referrals made by email, telephone or otherwise will not be accepted and the Referrer will not be eligible to take part in the Refer a Friend incentive.

6. Multiple referrals can be made by the Referrer.

7. The Referrer must have the permission of the Referee to communicate his/her details. Ampersand World will not be held responsible for any loss or claim as a result of the Referrer’s submittal.

8. Voucher can be chosen in the incentive list or proposed by the Referrer. They are sent by Ampersand World.

9. The reward will only be given in respect of the first placement of the Referee.

10. Refer a Friend is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Ampersand World.

11. These Terms and Conditions can change without prior information. Ampersand World will have the final decision on all referral rewards.
