They are seeking a German-speaking, experienced, Wealth Advisor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong client orientation.

Your mission:

• Develop and expand the client base locally
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio of high-net-worth individuals
• Provide tailored financial and investment solutions aligned with client needs and company values
• Contribute to the definition of the local market strategy, balancing innovation and tradition
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance high consulting and quality standards

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in serving high-net-worth clients
• Strong expertise in wealth management and client acquisition
• Banking-specific training and SAQ CWMA certification (or equivalent)
• Excellent command of German; knowledge of French and English is an asset
• Well-established regional network, entrepreneurial drive, and high self-motivation
• Trustworthy, client-focused, and team-oriented personality with excellent relationship skills
