For one of our clients, a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in Switzerland, we are looking for a Corporate Coverage Banker (VP level) to join their team in Zurich.
Your mission:
- Manage and further develop a portfolio of corporate clients within the Technology, Media, Telecom, and Healthcare (TMT&H) sectors, with a strong focus on Pharma and Healthcare
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with existing clients while actively driving prospecting and new business development
- Expand client relationships through cross-selling of a broad range of banking and financial products
- Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities in close collaboration with internal product teams and the institution’s global network
- Act as a key sparring partner for clients, understanding their strategic challenges and delivering tailored financial solutions
- Operate in a small, dedicated Zurich-based team with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
- Progressively take full ownership of your portfolio following a structured onboarding period
Your profile:
- 6–8 years of experience in corporate banking, with current VP level or clear readiness for promotion within the next 12 months
- Solid exposure to corporate clients within TMT and/or Healthcare, with a strong interest in Pharma and Healthcare
- Strong commercial drive combined with sound analytical and structuring skills
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable navigating complex situations and working autonomously
- Ability to act as a high-level, trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage
- Motivated to join an international, diverse, and inclusive environment
