For one of our clients, a well-established international bank, we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join their Zurich-based Corporate Coverage team. You will manage and grow relationships with large Swiss multinational groups, drive business development, and promote a wide range of corporate banking products.
Your mission:
- Managing existing client relationships and acquiring new business opportunities
- Marketing the bank’s services to clients at all levels, including board-level engagement
- Leading, negotiating, and closing new transactions in collaboration with internal specialists
- Developing strategic client plans while ensuring credit quality, compliance, and risk management
- Fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture within the team
Your profile:
- A Master’s degree in finance, banking, economics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relationship management and corporate banking products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking services, including Transaction Services, Financial Markets, Debt Capital Markets and advisory
- Credit risk, KYC, and compliance knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach
- Fluency in English (German and/or French is a plus)
