For one of our clients, we are seeking to recruit a Biofuels Analyst to be based in the French part of Switzerland.
Your mission
- Gather and analyze data on biofuels production, feedstock availability, and market dynamics
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting biofuels
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the biofuels sector
- Assess the competitive landscape and provide insights into market positioning
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and data visualizations to convey key findings
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Present findings to diverse audiences and contribute to sales development
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, engineering, economics, business)
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods (Python an asset)
- Knowledge of biofuel technologies, feedstocks, and production processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Previous experience in biofuels analysis, energy market analysis, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
