For one of our clients active in the chemical industry, we are looking to recruit a Chemical Trader to be based in Dubai.
Your mission:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients for the purchase and sale of chemical products
- Manage positions, monitor market fluctuations, and adjust trading strategies
- Assess and manage risks associated with chemical trading activities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support trading decisions
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, trading performance, and portfolio analysis
- Maintain strategic communications liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in chemicals trading
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, any other language appreciated
