Your mission:
- Responsible for researching, analyzing, and forecasting trends in the sugar/ethanol markets
- Conduct thorough research on sugar/ethanol industry trends, including market demand, supply chain dynamics, and pricing fluctuations

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Proven 5 years of experience in sugar/ethanol analysis, market research, or related fields
- Keen understanding of agricultural economics, sugar/ethanol production processes, and global market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying abreast of industry developments
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Python) and Microsoft Office suite
- English proficiency required, any other language an asset
