For one of our clients, an energy commodity trading company based in Geneva, we are seeking to recruit a Operations Manager.

Your mission :

• Manage a small team of operators internationally within oil products
• Supervise day to day operations and coordinate the staff in charge of physical operations from contract to payment.
• Direct relationship with stakeholder e.g., suppliers, customers, banks
• Extensive contacts with the front/middle/back office of the company as well with the Group COO
• Help develop policies for Operations Department
• Very hands on role

 

Your profile :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team of operators is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a trading company within Operations Department for oil products
• Very organized, detail-oriented, analytical-minded.
• Very good communication skills and strong leadership 
• Fluent in English mandatory, any other languages an asset
