For one of our clients, an energy commodity trading company based in Dubai, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Operations.
YOUR MISSION
- Manage a large team of operators locally and internationally within oil products
- Supervise day to day operations and coordinate the staff in charge of physical operations from contract to payment.
- Direct relationship with stakeholder e.g., suppliers, customers, banks
- Extensive contacts with the front/middle/back office of the company as well with the Group COO
- Help develop policies for Operations Department
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing a team of operators is mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a trading company within Operations Department
- Very organized, detail-oriented, analytical-minded.
- Very good communication skills and strong leadership
- Fluent in English mandatory, any other languages an asset
