Your mission
- Execute trades in gasoline physical markets to achieve revenue targets and mitigate risk
- Monitor market trends, news, and geopolitical developments to identify trading opportunities and inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties, suppliers, and customers to facilitate trading activities and negotiate favorable terms
- Analyze market data, supply-demand fundamentals, and refinery operations to assess pricing trends and optimize trading strategies
- Manage trading positions, exposure limits, and risk metrics to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in gasoline trading, commodity markets, or energy trading
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and risk management techniques and strong experience in blending aspects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in trading activities
- Knowledge of trading platforms, market data sources, and risk management software
- English proficiency required, any other language an asset
