For one of our clients based in Dubai, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their legal function.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead legal operations and advise management on regulatory and legal matters
- Draft and negotiate trading contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in trading and market activities
- Support business growth with legal insights on new strategies
- Manage external legal relationships and represent the company in disputes
- Monitor industry trends and adapt to regulatory changes
YOUR PROFILE
- 6 to 8 years in energy trading or related legal fields
- Law degree, with expertise in energy or commodities law
- Strong knowledge of energy markets and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
