For one of our clients, a trading house active in petrochemicals, we are seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant. In this critical role, you will act as the CFO’s right arm, assisting with executive tasks and supporting key functions across finance, compliance, KYC, HR, and office management.
Your mission:- Manage the CFO’s calendar and correspondence; coordinate executive meetings, events, and prepare relevant materials
- Operational support to a wide range of tasks pertaining to the Finance department
- Assist with compliance, regulatory requirements, and KYC documentation
- Help manage HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining records
- Oversee office operations, including supplies and facilities management
- Facilitate communication and project coordination across teams
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Legal background a plus
- Previous experience in a high-level executive assistant role in a trading or energy-related industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive and forward-thinking mindset
- Fluent in French, English (written and spoken)
