For one of our clients, an international organization operating in a demanding and evolving environment, we are recruiting a Human Resources Director to lead the HR function and support the company’s strategic development. Reporting to senior management, the role will drive the HR agenda across key dimensions including talent management, legal compliance, organizational transformation, and employee engagement, while ensuring alignment between business priorities and people strategy. The position offers a high level of visibility and impact in a decision-making environment.
Your mission:
- Define and lead the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives
- Support senior management in translating business challenges into relevant HR plans and priorities
- Oversee core HR policies and practices across recruitment, talent development, compensation, mobility, diversity, and quality of work life
- Manage and monitor the HR budget, ensuring effective workforce planning and cost control
- Design and implement career paths and succession plans for key positions
- Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and regulatory obligations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and actions related to well-being at work and psychosocial risk prevention
- Lead engagement surveys and coordinate action plans based on results
- Support organizational, digital, and cultural transformation projects
- Define, monitor, and report key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and payroll-related metrics
- Act as a trusted partner to management and business leaders on people-related topics
Your profile:
- Higher education in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with solid exposure to strategic and operational HR matters
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices
- Good command of HRIS and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and change management initiatives
- Strong leadership, interpersonal influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Result-oriented, business-minded, and service-driven approach
- High level of discretion, ethics, and professional credibility
- International exposure is appreciated
- Professional command of English is required
