Your mission
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to elicit, analyze, and document business needs and objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Develop comprehensive solution designs and documentation, including process models, user stories, and functional specifications
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
- Configure energy data management solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project leadership
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation to enhance the effectiveness of EDM initiatives
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on energy data management or related field
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Experience with energy data management systems (e.g., ETRM, MDM) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English proficiency required, any other language an asset
