Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Newbuild Fleet and Vessel Integration to lead the delivery of new vessel construction projects from concept through to operational handover.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a maritime professional with deep expertise in shipbuilding, fleet integration, and offshore or tanker operations. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of newbuild programs, ensuring vessels are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, regulatory, and operational requirements. The role will also serve as a key interface between shipyards, design teams, classification societies, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing newbuild projects end-to-end, driving fleet integration and operational readiness, supporting long-term asset and lifecycle planning, and ensuring compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, class, and flag state standards. The role will also contribute to budget planning, stakeholder reporting, vendor coordination, and broader marine consultancy activities such as vessel conversions, inspections, and sale and purchase support.

Candidates should bring:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in shipbuilding, fleet management, marine, or offshore project environments with a focus on LPG vessels
• Both sea-going and shore-based experience
• Strong knowledge of marine regulations, technical standards, and asset management principles
• Experience working with international shipyards and suppliers
• Fluency in English
• A Master’s Degree (Foreign Going) Unlimited in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
