For one of our clients, a large company active in construction, we are currently seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner to be based in Paris.

Your mission:

  • To be in charge of mobility, payroll, recruitment, services, learning and development, pensions, compensation and benefits
  • Lead the delivery of the HR team portfolio for the specific area
  • Liaise with all stakeholders
  • Deliver HR leadership, consulting and management of operational support services
  • Ensure that HR initiatives support key business drivers and deliver significant competitive advantage to the business
  • 50% of travelling in Africa

Your profile:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HR within a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working in big multinationals with HR management of subsidiaries
  • Broad based skills across the complete HR technical portfolio
  • Experience with operational management and process definition, implementation and governance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with/in Africa is mandatory
  • Bilingual French / English is mandatory, any other languages is a plus
  • Teamwork and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Strong influencing skills
