For one of our clients (a family office) based in Geneva, we are currently seeking to recruit an Experienced Office Manager – Trilingual (Russian/French/English) :
- Responsible for some tasks in Accounting department (prepare, issue invoices, annual account and financial statement, follow VAT accounts, prepare TAX returns, manage audit process with audit firm)
- Coordinate with HR service provider like issue and upload payroll entries, manage relation with authorities.
- Provide support in legal documents for board and sharehorlders
- Full administrative support to executive officers and board members
- Organizing travels (transports/accommodation).
- Booking of restaurants/meetings rooms.
- Phone reception
- Ordering all office supplies
- Min. 5 years experience as Office Manager/Administrative Assistant is required
- A first experience in a fast moving environment is a must
- Fluent in Russian, English and French
- Computer literate.
- Mature and confident attitude.
- Capable of multitasking even under pressure.
