Compliance Officer/Office Manager

For one of our clients, an oil trading company, we are seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer/Office Manager to be based in Dubai.
 

Your mission :

• Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise compliance and KYC procedure policies
• Monitor all regulatory compliance issues for investigation and resolution
• Collaborate with relevant departments
• Assess and evaluate compliance with regulatory obligations and group policies
• Identify potential sectors of compliance vulnerability and risk
• Manage all aspects of the office in Dubai (service providers, contact with local authorities, etc...)

 

Your profile :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer (within a physical commodity trading company)
• A Law Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• Good knowledge of AML, sanction aspects and fine expertise on compliance issues
• Solid analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other languages an asset
• Strong sense of ethic and good communicator
