Logistic Expert

For one of our clients active in the trading ecosystem, we are seeking to recruit a Logistic Expert.
 

Your mission :

• Develop and implement strategies for transportation, shipping, and warehousing that optimize cost, efficiency, and customer service
• Lead and manage a team of operators and ensure smooth activities execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with key logistics partners, including carriers and freight forwarders
• Monitor and manage transportation and warehousing costs to ensure and identify areas for cost savings
• Work with customer service and sales teams to develop and maintain or exceed customer delivery expectations  
• Develop and implement logistics KPIs and metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety, environmental, sustainability and customs regulations

 

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in logistics management, including team
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of direct reports
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functionally 
• Strong analytical and digital skills with good knowledge of the transportation ecosystem
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing business environment
