For one of our clients, active tn energy trading, we are seeking to recruit a Business Developer - Recycled Polymers.
 

Your mission :

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive the growth of recycled polymers business
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, including manufacturers, converters, etc...
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to generate sales leads and secure business partnerships
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations 
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms with partners to ensure reliable supply and favorable business terms
  • Explore opportunities for collaborative projects, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to enhance the availability and usage of recycled polymers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
 

Your profile :

  • Degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the plastics or recycling industry
  • Strong knowledge of recycled polymers, plastics recycling processes, and relevant industry standards
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and developing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and passion for promoting environmentally friendly solutions
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written), any other language an asset
