Executive Sales - Marine insurance

For one of our clients, a major player in the maritime insurance sector, we are seeking a Senior Commercial Advisor for maritime insurance to be based in Geneva.

Your mission :

• Risk Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments of risks related to maritime operations for multinational clients. Analyze the specific insurance needs of each client in maritime insurance
• Insurance Advisory: Provide personalized recommendations in maritime insurance to reduce risks and protect clients' assets. Collaborate with clients to develop insurance programs tailored to their needs
• Negotiation: Negotiate with clients and markets to obtain the best conditions and rates for clients' maritime insurance policies
• Claims Management: Manage claims and incidents related to maritime insurance, ensuring clients receive effective support in case of an incident
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor existing insurance policies and update them based on changing client needs. Prepare regular reports on maritime insurance performance and recommendations

 

Your profile :

• Previous experience in maritime insurance, preferably with a focus on multinational clients 5 / 7 years as a minimum
• In-depth knowledge of international regulations and standards in maritime insurance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in English mandatory - Russian and/or any other language a plus
• Bachelor or equivalent as a minimum
