For one of our clients, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager whose main responsibility will be to manage the different projects related to the Supply Chain, from suppliers to customers.

The person we are looking for aims to improve the performance and optimize the management processes of the logistic flows and the associated information systems. But also to accompany the operational implementation and to ensure their efficiency in the short and long term.

The objective of the Supply Chain Project Manager is therefore to optimize incoming and outgoing flows, organize preventive and curative maintenance, and develop the means and technologies associated with the supply chain.

Your mission:

• Organize and implement solutions to facilitate exchanges and procedures established between suppliers, the company, and customers
• Intervene on missions on both a functional and operational level
• Optimize the supply chain or even completely reorganize the entire supply chain organization
• Mastering tools such as WMS, TMS, ERP, and EDI
• Designing and framing the project, ensuring that the project meets management's expectations
• Ensure a technological and competitive watch in the field
• Conduct an inventory of the current situation to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement
• Manage the implementation of the entire project
• Identify the client's needs (internal or external) and write the specifications
• Manage the project and monitor the implementation of the action plan
• Manage and coordinate the different actors of the project, internal services to the company, and/or external providers
• Ensure compliance with the milestones set at the beginning of the project and produce deliverables
• Ensure reporting to management and customers
• Know how to frame a project and have a good overall vision
• Manage a cross-functional team of collaborators from different business units
• Coordinate the project team and lead ongoing project steering meetings with stakeholders
• Monitor the implementation of the project
• Monitor the transition to the operational phase of the proposed solutions
• Accompany the launch phase through communications, training and provide technical and operational support to users

Your profile:

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in this role
• Business or engineering school, with a specialization in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, production management, industrial systems engineering
• Knowledge of technical and safety standards
