Trading Analyst - Agri Stand-by  

For one of our clients active in agribusiness, we are seeking to recruit a Trading Analyst to be based in Madrid.
 

Your mission :

• Support the trading team in the monitoring of orders' status and reconciling trade data
• Assist in the development and maintenance of trading strategies and risk management tools to optimize the profitability of the trading desk
• Monitor market developments and news flow to identify trading opportunities and risks, and communicate them to management
• Prepare reports and analysis on trading activity, including P&L, hedging, and position tracking
• Maintain trading systems and databases, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date

 

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field 
• Between 2 and 4 years max of experience on a similar role within the agricultural commodity markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in Excel mandatory, other data analysis tools and trading software aplus
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Any other languages, an asset
