Insurance Account Officer - Commodity Trading

For one of our clients active in the insurance ecosystem, we are seeking to recruit an Insurance Account Officer - Commodity Trading.
 

Your mission :

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Manage clients' insurance policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our systems
• Assist in the preparation of insurance quotes, renewals, and other policy documents for clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions
• Liaise with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and ensure policies are placed effectively
• Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding their insurance policies
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance market and keep up-to-date with regulatory changes 
• Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of our client portfolio
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

 

Your profile :

• 2 years' experience in an insurance broking role, preferably with experience in the commodity trading sector
• Master's Degree in international affairs, business administration or economics
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market evolutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance industry software systems
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
