Your mission :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, both within existing and new client accounts
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects
- Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and propose services that add value and solve problems
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales strategy
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network
Your profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the testing, inspection, and certification industry.
- Good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry and a track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken), any other language an asset
