We are looking to onboard an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to complete our dynamic team through an Internship for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year.

With clients on all continents, the sky is the limit when it comes to international exposure. Collaborating with clients overseas is part of the day-to-day.
 

Your mission:

  • Sourcing and investigation of candidates within the international trade including commodity trading but not only
  • Follow up and update candidates' in our database
  • Discuss and advise the future talents in our market
  • Administrative team support
 

Your profile:

  • You must like to investigate and be in research processes
  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent
  • You are fluent in French and English (both spoken and written), mandatory
  • You are a likable person and feel at ease interacting with any type of profiles you encounter
  • You are IT literate and used to dealing with social media
  • You are detailed-oriented, can multitask, and have a great positive attitude
  • We need someone living in Switzerland, a Swiss national, or at least a B or student permit holder


Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will have total access to various tools, including recruitment software.
